RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INCREASING PIGMENTATION OF BROILER CARCASES AND EGG YOLK.
The best color for egg yolk is considered to be a range of colors from golden yellow to yellow-orange. This can be achieved by mixing the Leader Yellow and Leader Red carotenoids in a certain proportion. The yellow pigments are responsible for the color density and yellow color, while the red pigments give intensity and transform the yolk color into an orange hue. Changes in pigmentation begin to appear on day 3-4 and reach a maximum on the 10th day, after which it must be maintained with the same dosage.
