Protein-energy concentrate, made from white lupine on the basis of practical experience, is not inferior in nutritional value to soybean meal and becomes an alternative to soybeans when solving the problem of fodder protein in Russia. It is used in the production of complete feed and premixes for all types of farm animals and poultry.

The method of processing lupine provides for a controlled moisture-thermal effect on the bulk grain of white lupine, cooling the product, separating the grain film from it, and normalizing its granulometric composition.
